The medical team is comprised of a highly experienced team of ER doctors, trauma surgeons, nurses and paramedics.

The mission of the medical team is to treat task force members, support staff and canines. The medical team caches consists of medical equipment to provide emergency medical care to critical patients, moderate and minor patients and provides intervention for incident stress, limited treatment of hazards materials/ biologic exposures for task force members and treatment for search team canines. The medical team treatment training includes: PALS, BTLS, ACLS, ATLS, K-9 Downs, Toxic Medic, CCPT, and Advance Air Way.
